Poetry Slams to Ban Landmines project
Goal:
The objective is to have your community come together through a poetry slam. With a peotry slam views, thoughts and opinions can be openly expressed. Through the power of words the hope is to pass of inspiration, emotion, curiosity and knowledge. A suggested donation of about five dollars should be asked for and any profit brought in will then go to the Adopt-A-Minefield campeign. Start a slam in your community and bring change through the power of words.
